As you prepare for a new chapter in your life here at Concordia Seminary, we are here to help. We want you to have an extraordinary living, learning and working experience during your time here. As such, we have created some helpful resources for your relocation to St. Louis and also with your decision about where to live, as housing is about much more than a bed and a roof over your head. Applications for Seminary-owned residence halls and married student housing are available in January of each calendar year for the following academic year to active and newly admitted students. The on-campus housing application deadline is March 1.

Single students have the option of living in a residence hall or seeking off-campus housing. For those students wishing to live on campus, Concordia Seminary offers five halls with 90 student rooms, including double-occupancy rooms; private, single-occupancy rooms; and private double rooms.
Residence hall rooms are furnished with a desk, chair, bookshelf, dresser or chest of drawers, wardrobe or closet, and a bed with mattress. Free laundry facilities are located conveniently in most residence halls.
Students living in residence halls are required to participate in the 10-meal plan, which consists of Lunch, Monday – Saturday, and Dinner, Monday – Thursday.

Concordia Seminary’s Founders Way Apartments offer 75 housing units for married students, consisting of 60 apartment units, 10 three-bedroom townhouses and five two-bedroom townhouses. The complex, known around campus as “The Woods” because of the many trees growing nearby, has a park-like feel. Many of these comfortable and convenient accommodations for married couples also are large enough to accommodate families with children.
Each apartment has a stove and refrigerator, but is otherwise unfurnished. All Founders Way apartment buildings offer the following amenities: air conditioning, washer and dryer hookups in the basement, local telephone services, basic cable and high-speed internet access. The electric bill is the only utility that tenants are responsible for paying that is not included in the monthly rent. Pets are not permitted.
