This workshop is an exploration of ministry to people with special needs. Through study, lectures and discussion, participants will learn about the nature of living with special needs, the biblical basis for ministry to people with special needs, and practical methods that help form and equip lay people and congregations to welcome, include and connect people with special needs and their families into the congregational life.
